PakSat-MM1 Satellite System was Successfully Delivered to SUPARCO

The Final System Acceptance Meeting of PakSat-MM1 Program was held on August 16 virtually between China Great Wall Industry Corporation (CGWIC), a subsidiary of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation（CASC）, and Pakistan Space & Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO). The contracting parties confirmed that the technical performances of the satellite system meet the requirements of the contract and can be formally delivered to the customer for use.

PakSat MM1 is a key program of the space cooperation outline between the China and Pakistan, the China International Development Cooperation Agency and the Export-Import Bank of China (Exim Bank) have given strong support to the program, which have facilitated the financing of the project and ensured its funding.

The successful delivery of this project will further strengthen the foundation for the development of Pakistan's satellite application services, expand China-Pakistan cooperation in the field of aerospace, consolidate China-Pakistan all-weather strategic cooperative partnership, promote Pakistan to constantly join the high-quality construction of “The Belt and Road” with China, and deepen the friendship between the two countries.
