On January 11, 2018,  CGWIC and Royal Group of Cambodia signed a Framwork Agreement of TECHO 1 Communications Satellite Project in Peach Palace, Phnom Phen, with witness of visiting Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen. As a prime contractor of the project, CGWIC will deliver a communications satellite to Cambodian user in the form of satellite In Orbit Delivery.
