China successfully launched the Long March-11 at 7:42 am Thursday, November 10, from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in the northwestern province of Gansu.

The launch vehicle carried a pulsar test satellite and four NanoSats into space. The pulsar test satellite will carry out some related technical identification on orbit.

In this mission, China Great Wall Industry Corporation (CGWIC) launched a piggyback NanoSat for its domestic customer.

The Long March-11 launch vehicle was designed & manufactured by the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, which is a subsidiary of China Aerospace Science & Technology Corporation (CASC), and the pulsar test satellite was designed and manufactured by China Academy of Space Technology (CAST), which is also a subsidiary of CASC.

The trip was the 239th mission for the Long March launch vehicle family.
